Effect of Receipt
Add sentence: “If the key length is 0, the MAC switches to the key index specified by the MLME-SetKeys.request using the key material and IV state already there. The operation fails if there is no instantiated key material at the designated index.”
Add the following: “the IV must be reset to 0 when a new key is instantiated by the MLME-SetKey.request”
