Continents and Ocean Quiz – September 1st.
This week we will start learning about Geography. We will learning vocabulary terms like compass rose, longitude, and latitude. We will also be able to identify the continents and oceans of the world.
We will also start learning the states and capitals of the United States.

Notes to Parents:
We will be taking States and Capital Tests. We will start out with five states, where they will have to identify the state and the capital. Each time we will add about four more states, until the last test, which will have all 50 states and capitals. There will be two states and capital tests each 6-weeks.
