Access your coordinator account

2. Log in as the coordinator
You will have been sent the user names and passwords for coordinators by a separate
Enter your user name and password
Click Login NOT Sign Up
Go to this URL -
Enter your user name and password.
Click the GREEN Login button not the BLUE Sign up button.

3. Control Tower
When logged in as the COORDINATOR. You will see the Control Tower which will show the ACTIVITIES for your module.
In the Control Tower you are able to issue licences to students, put students into teams, create new activities, enable or disable activities and much more.
Please explore the Control Tower as the coordinator to ensure you are aware of its functionality.
The latest ACTIVITY will show your module code so you know which activity you’re looking at.
If there is nothing listed then you will need to set up the activities you want for your students.
Click onto the BLUE TAB ON THE TOP RIGHT HAND SIDE (as indicated and choose DASHBOARD from the drop down menu to access your activities as seen by the students.
Please note that students do not have access to The Control Tower. This area is for tutors only.

4. Main Menu
When you’ve come from The Control Tower to the Dashboard you will the Main Menu which looks similar to the slide above.
If you’ve not had any training it is advisable that you work through the GETTING STARTED ACTIVITY (1) yourself before teaching it to others.
When you press OPEN ACTIVITY (2) you should see the core skills programme and the activities (Growth, Start-up, Seed, Competition etc).
it is advisable that you work through the CORE SKILLS ACTIVITIES yourself before teaching it to others.
If there are no activities available please let your learning and development manager know so that we can activate them for you.
After completing the CORE SKILLS ACTIVITIES AND If you’ve had training and are ready to get started click OPEN ACTIVITY and select the activity you want to play (Growth, Seed, Start-up, Competition etc).
To go back into the CONTROL TOWER go to MENU – GO TO CONTROL TOWER to continue to user the coordinator function as a tutor.

5. Control Tower
To go back into the CONTROL TOWER go to MENU – select GO TO CONTROL TOWER to continue to user the coordinator function as a tutor.
