What is the role of the Board?
The principal role of the Board is to add value to the organisation through the exercise of strong leadership and control, including: Setting the organisation’s strategic direction Establishing and upholding governance, values and standards Ensuring delivery of the organisation’s aim and objectives Effective challenge and scrutiny of the organisation’s performance Mr Keith Cox Eleanor Higgins
