The EAS project
Working party composed of representatives from all the institutions’ training departments
Pragmatic approach : each institution selects one training programme for a more in-depth evaluation
Will look at the qualitative and quantitative aspects
Benchmarking with DISPA network and will share the results with them

The four classic levels of evaluation (Kirkpatrick):
The « feel-good » end-of-course factor
Participant learning
Effective application by the participant in her/his workplace
Impact on organisation

Initial pilot schemes will look principally at level 2 but touch on level 3 evaluation
Limited in first phase to self-assesment
Voluntary approach
