Interpret absolute value in real-world situations and Ordered Pairs
Jan. 11, 2016 Today I will apply the concept of how the signs (positive or negative) of a set of numbers influences the order of absolute values. So that we apply our understanding of order and absolute value to real-world scenarios. I will show how I have mastered 6.NS.C.7 by independently completing my quiz. Today I will also understand the use of ordered pairs of numbers as describing the locations of points on a plane in various situations. So that we can recognize the significance of the order of numbers in ordered pairs by looking at the different interpretations. I will show how I have mastered 6.NS.C.6c by completing pg. 57 with my partner.
