Mark Aherne on board to develop UK sales Neil Pitman operating from new home base in Bangkok We have now completed and delivered all inherited open TFS development tasks for UK Navy and other customers Updated TFD8000 Power Supply Battery Backup Unit Expansion unit for TimeSpy 90% completed refurbishment of facility New website and rebranding completed

Completed development and are currently shipping Precision Timing Racks to Serco for US Army IT system upgraded to NIST compliance DCAA Audit to allow us to accept cost based contracts Acquired additional 6 head pick and place machine for SMT line Acquired additional manufacturing McFadden site Delivered 61st?? FTSS rack to Harris for MET
