5 Point Secretary Available and Organized *Leads/assists in workshops *Keeps point book updated & available *Available to students, if needed * or print Ms. M any new points to approve before adding to book *Inform Ms. Miller of any inductees & varsity letters

6 Business Secretary Organized, Computer Access *Leads/assists in workshops *Takes notes at Officer Mtgs *Creates/Types Agenda for Club Mtgs *Posts them on webpage for everyone
