Warm-Up: Take a ¼ sheet. Read the following sentence. Then, complete one of the activities for one of the underlined words on the back of the sheet. -There was nothing the team could do to prepare for their unvanquished opponent, the Lions. The Lions were so good, they knew they would lose to them too. -For busting the windshield, Terry was forced to face the consequences. He had to repay his grandfather for the damage. Use the rules for breaking words into their parts to determine how to say either word. Use context clues to write a definition for either word. Write an antonym for either word.
