3 Lead-in 1. A passenger with a baby doesn’t know how to fasten her seat belt. What would you say to help her? 2. A passenger reclines his seat back as soon as he gets on board. But he doesn’t know how to return it to the upright position before take-off. How do you help him? 3. The plane is going to take off. But a passenger wants to go the lavatory. What would you say to him? 4. A passenger is smoking in the cabin. How do you stop him? 5. A passenger is using his mobile phone prior to take-off. How du you stop him?

The plane is about to take off. A passenger is using mobile phone, so the cabin attendant comes to stop him. Later, one passenger wants to go to the lavatory, and the other one is smoking.
