Notice the top 5 risers and fallers.
Authority: number of blogs linking to a site recently.
Rank: according to Authority
Choose Technology … Videos, Blog directory, top 100
Search, posts or blogs.

5. How can you keep current?
The secret is a technology called RSS, Really Simple Syndication
To use RSS, the first step is to set up a reader.
Readers are available from yahoo, bloglines, netvibes, etc.
I use Google Reader.
The next step is to subscribe to blogs, or other sites.
When you visit a site you like, look for this icon
And click on the name of your reader

Log in to your google account if you are not already
See how many items await you from the tab
Read items at "all items" or by clicking on one feed
Go to the site by clicking on the >>
See options at the bottom of each item
You can share interesting items with those you follow
And comment on them
