1. New Online Purchasing and Meeting Card Application
You now have the ability to apply directly on the J.P. Morgan Chase online portal. No More Paper Forms!

2. Approval Process
The online application requires you to enter the Departmental BA as the first approver of the card application.
The BA will receive an from PaymentNet. The BA can log in and under the Transactions tab the BA will see Approve:
Upon review, the BA will then select Erika Powell as the second level approver.
The application is then auto routed to Purchasing Services.
