MWS are ready to launch their products on the market. They plan the following:

A product brochure
A presentation by the owners
Invitations
An agenda to include: arrival, departure, demonstration of the web site and the customisation process, presentation, hands on demos, tour of the facilities,,
Invitations will be sent to the local press, the chamber of commerce and the local retailers of phones

4. Before preparing the documents
Who are the audience and what are their characteristics?
What would motivate the invitees to attend?
In what order should the events take place?
Who is going to be invited?
How many will come?
Can they all fit in each event?
Should the invitations be customised?
Hold a team meeting (witnessed) to answer these questions
