PBLA & Edulinc: Supporting Teachers & Learners
2
Portfolio-based Language Assessment (PBLA) and the LearnIT2teach Projects are two settlement language training initiatives funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. This session will demonstrate PBLA resources in the Moodle-based LINC courseware, and it will show how the legacy courseware can be leveraged to support PBLA. Future plans for LearnIT2teach, including plans for IRCC’s national learning management system, will also be discussed. The LearnIT2teach is a project of Ottawa-based New Language Solutions Inc. The training and courseware is free for LINC teachers across Canada. Presentation summary
