April 2009 doc.: IEEE /xxxxr0 Jan 2012 Agenda Monday, Jan 16th , – 16:00-18:00 TGai MEETING CALLED TO ORDER CALL FOR ESSENTIAL PATENTS AND POLICIES & PROCEDURES REMINDER Modify and/or Approve Agenda Review and approve Atlanta and Teleconference meeting minutes. November 2011 Atlanta Session Minutes Nov-Jan Teleconference Minutes Plan for week Submissions-list-TGai-Atlanta Recess until EVE As you may know, we have the schedule, which was approved by TG with consensus. Unfortunately I did not get all required actions of submissions by the deadline date. Of course the schedule would be revised if needed. However it is not same to ignore the schedule Now we are moving on to the more actual discussions, then we have to care more about fairness. I would like to accept all of submissions, however I may not commit to accept request, which violates the deadline in the future. Again I would like to ask all of members to keep the deadline of submissions for our efficient work. Hiroshi Mano (ATRD, Root, Lab) Rich Kennedy, Research In Motion
