English 10 - 3/18/19 How does segregation support oppression?
How many 16 year olds does it take to change a light bulb? Cacographer – one who spells or writes badly. Goals – Discuss closing paragraph. Go to the lab to do some writing. Homework – Work on closing paragraph. Don’t forget to study for vocabulary 23 Friday. What-ever!

English /19/19 Why are there varying levels in society, e.g. families that have “gentle breeding”, or “white trash”, or “mixed-race”, etc. ? Politicians and diapers should be changed regularly – and for the same reason. Ambidexter – a double-dealer. Goals – Finish closing paragraph and turn it in today. Homework – Do all revisions for body paragraphs and opening paragraph.

Everybody is somebody else’s weirdo. Angelolater – one who worships angels. Goals – Review Relative clauses, go to lab to focus on “polishing your essay. Homework – Complete and turn in essay by Friday Study for vocab 23.

English /21/19 How much do you rely on others to succeed? To what extent do you rely only on yourself? Don’t sweat the petty things and don’t pet the sweaty things. Shoyhoy – a boy hired to scare birds. Goals – Begin annotation of Self-reliance. Discuss how Cool Hand Luke might illustrate a lesson Homework – Finish TKAM papers; they are Due tomorrow at the end of the day. Study for vocab 23.
