1. PROM Permission Forms
Prom permission forms are available to download & print from the FHS Home page.
A limited number of hard copies of permission forms are available outside of room 601 and in the Main Office.
Current FHS 11th & 12th grade students must complete the “Prom Permission Form”.
ALL Guests (students attending other schools; graduates; FHS 10th grade students, etc.) must complete the Prom Guest Permission Form.

2. PROM TICKETS Sales begin 4/2 and run through 4/23.
Only current FHS 11th & 12th grade students are permitted to purchase tickets.
Submit payment receipt and completed permission form to Mrs. Connors in 601 before school or outside of the cafeteria during all lunch shifts on B Days.

3. PROM Parking - IMPORTANT!!!!
150 parking passes will be sold on a first come, first served basis beginning Monday, 4/8 (same times and locations as prom tickets).
Parking passes are $10 per car.
Any student who does not wish to purchase a parking pass / is unable to do so (due to limited supplies) may ride a FREE shuttle bus which will run between FHS & The Bellevue every 30 minutes between 7:45p.m. and 11:30p.m. on the night of prom. Students may also make arrangements to be dropped off & picked up at The Bellevue.

4. PROM GUEST TICKETS - UPDATED - $85
A limited number of tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ***Seniors may purchase guest tickets on Thursday, 4/11 and Juniors may purchase guest tickets on Friday, 4/12. Submit a completed Guest Permission Form in order to purchase a guest ticket.
All Guest tickets will be sold in person (via cash or check) to current FHS 11th & 12 grade students. One guest per student while supplies last.
