We will review place value by reading and writing numbers to 1,000, skip counting by 5s, 10s, and 100s within 1,000, and comparing two 3-digit numbers using <, >, and =. We will also learn how to identify 2-D shapes.

Writing: Informational Writing
We will write an informative/explanatory text that introduces a topic, uses facts and definitions to develop points, and provides a concluding statement or section.
Reading
Read for an informational text 20 minutes and determine the author’s purpose-answer, explain, or describe.
