Draft November 9th—Facility Advisory Committee (FAC) meeting Review board approved criteria matrix (Health and Safety, Equity, Student Achievement, Community Benefit, Leverage Additional Funding) Use criteria matrix to analyze staff projects within Board approved categories (Infrastructure upgrades, Facility upgrades, Athletic facilities, Instructional facilities) Allow for public comment at the start and end of meeting

Board meeting and review November 15th—Board Meeting Board review and discuss Provide direction on draft FAC project list Solicit public feedback at board meeting Solidify Next Steps re: FAC and staff analysis Notify public regarding December FAC meeting Televise FAC meeting Public notification provided

Architects assigned to specific projects Architects and staff engage school sites and communities on design input Project planning and staging – reviewed by the board School staff and communities provide feedback on initial designs Board review and approval of designs Design plans submitted to state for approval Board approves various construction firms / vendors via competitive selection process Draft project construction timelines developed with school site input Measure P Citizens’ Oversight Committee will conduct project expenditure review and fiscal accountability over course of all project implementation Board and community will receive ongoing project updates through the entire process
