The endoscopic submucosal dissection operator wearing the high-resolution head-mounted display (HMD) system. This device fits securely and comfortably even when worn for long periods. A gap between the HMD monitor and operator’s eyes was created at the bottom of the device. The field of vision at hand is secured by this gap.

The endoscopic image in the HMD monitor was larger than that in the conventional monitor. The ESD operator can obtain the large and crisp endoscopic image using an HMD.
