Use Web for Faculty to Submit Grades Electronically
Wow! This is easy!

What’s required to use this method to submit final grades?
Your employee ID # ( ) and PIN to access BearWeb Being set up as class instructor within Banner Student System Web browser (like Microsoft Internet Explorer) Needed:

When ready to submit grades…
Go to BearWeb and login using your ID# and PIN

Then, after login… Click on Faculty & Advisors link
Next, click on the Final Grades link

Now, select the class to grade
Pick the correct term from the drop down box and click Submit Joe Baylor September 8, 2005 Then, pick the correct class section from the next drop down box and click Submit Joe Baylor Summer 2005 September 8, :07 pm

Finally…submit the grades
For each student, select the correct grade from the drop down box and click Submit when completed grading students. 889… 889… 889… Note: For each student, only the acceptable grades for her/him will be shown. Also Note: After a grade has been selected for a student, moving the mouse wheel will change that student's grade.

After successful submission
The following message will display above the class roster. And, the grades entered will be shown if you re-enter the roster. Note: To enter grades for another class: Click the ‘CRN Selection’ link at the bottom of the Final Grades page. This returns you to the ‘Select a CRN’ menu. Choose the next CRN you wish to grade from the drop down menu, then click ‘Submit.’ This will return you to the ‘Faculty Services’ menu. Click on the ‘Final Grades’ link to grade the selected course.

Do you need a printed copy of the grades you submitted?
Go to ClassRoll on the Baylor Website for the class section just graded and select Output Format “Printable Roster.” If you are a faculty member of record for the class, the submitted grades will be displayed and you can print the roster with the grades.
