The Menus and Screens of the PPSEE

2. This is what the PPSEE Main Menu looks like when no consumer folder is open.

3. If you click on “People”, then “Open Folder”…

4. Choose the consumer’s name from the list, and click “OPEN” at the bottom of the screen.

11. The Utilities-Tools Menu is where “Change Server” is located
The Utilities-Tools Menu is where “Change Server” is located. This is used to enter the “Learn” directory..

12. Utilities-Information includes “PPS Information”, which lists all users currently in this PPS.

13. Utilities-Data Management includes “Modify Reports Menu”.

14. We get information on the person’s Vision for the Future from six different areas.

15. The Personal Goals highlighted item shows it’s details in the bottom portion of the screen.

16. Plan folders contain the contents from each plan developed using the PPSEE.

17. The Behavior Plan helps us target problem behaviors for reduction and track progress.

18. The Training Objectives Menu can be used to access current objectives, create new objectives, end current objectives and restore past objectives.

This is the Progress Measurement Screen. If this program was a total task program, the task analysis and performance levels would also be listed here.

22. The fourth screen available for each training objective is the Schedule screen. Whichever schedule item is highlighted in the box, has its details shown on the right and bottom portion of the screen.

Elizabeth’s service objectives work the same way. The highlighted item has its details revealed on the lower portion of the screen..

24. There are six areas provided for listing the consumer’s Supports.

25. Current and past medications are listed on the Medications screen under the Supports menu item.

26. Eight screens are provided for specific information about the consumer
Eight screens are provided for specific information about the consumer. Let’s look at a couple of them . . .

27. The “Key Information” screen is an example of the information available through “About Elizabeth”.

28. The Health screen, like the other “About Elizabeth” screens, allows you to switch to many other screens using the menu tabs at the top.
