Summer Months = 0 MPRs failed the “in excess of [twice] the average daily consumption i.e. AQ/365 x [2]” rule Winter Months = 12 MPRs (21%) failed the “in excess of [twice] the average daily consumption i.e. AQ/365 x [2]” rule 2 MPRs – the AQ is inaccurate based on recent consumption 8 MPRs – exceeded 2x the average daily consumption between < 3 times in December 2 MPRs – exceeded 2x the average daily consumption > 10 times in December 17th December (Friday before Christmas) 7 out of 9 MPRs exceeded 2x daily average
