2. Responsibilities
Monitor section/chapter performance (meetings, programs, events, etc.) and look for signs of declining performance
Offer advice/assistance to sections/chapters that are new or showing signs of declining performance
Network with section/chapter leaders to maintain contacts
Share ideas for speakers, tours, meetings, and seminars among chapters
Promote the formation of new chapters

Work with Technical Activities Chair and Coordinators to identify opportunities for new Chapters
Insure all existing Chapter/Sections continue as entities in 2011
Working within the overall Region 4 budget, secure incentives for new Chapters formed in 2011 3
