Your student trip is Clery reportable if:
The University has a written agreement (such as an agreement or a reservation) for use of trip accommodations and/or academic space.
If your student trip is Clery reportable:
Clery Act crimes occurring in the student trip accommodation or academic space or occurring in common areas of locations used to access said space, must be reported on a timely basis to UMPD using the CSA Crime Report Form. In an emergency, dial 911 or, if outside the United States, contact the local law enforcement agency.
