Y pwysigrwydd o gyflogi pobl addas Importance of employing suitable people
Gall recriwitio fod yn weithgaredd hir a drud felly mae’n bwysig cael y person gorau i’r swydd pob tro! Mae’r nodweddion allweddol y mae cyflogwyr yn eu hystyried i wneud person yn fwy cyflogadwy yn cael eu galw yn sgiliau cyflogadwyedd. Recruitment can be a long and expensive activity so it is important to get the best person for the job every time! The key attributes that employers consider to make a person more employable are called employability skills.
