“ - repent and be baptised, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins” Acts 2:38

8. a BURIAL
“ - all of us who were baptised into Christ Jesus were baptised into his death We were buried with him through baptism into death …” Romans 6:3,4

9. a BADGE
“You are to undergo circumcision, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and you.” Genesis 17: “Repent and be baptised. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off …” Acts 2:38,39

10. A SIGN (BADGE) OF BELONGING
“You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.” Mark 1:11
“Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight.” Isaiah 42:1

OFFER ACCEPTANCE

12. GOD OFFERS! (whenever Jesus is proclaimed)
WE ACCEPT? (whenever Jesus is received)
Jesus accepted all that his Father was offering
- including forgiveness?? (see Matthew 3:13-15)

“Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfil all righteousness”

- especially forgiveness, life and love!!
