Real definition of Sannyas. Yoga and Sannyas. Krsna Consciousness is the perfection of Yoga and Sannyas.

Text 1 çré-bhagavän uväca anäçritaù karma-phalaà
käryaà karma karoti yaù sa sannyäsé ca yogé ca na niragnir na cäkriyaù The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: One who is unattached to the fruits of his work and who works as he is obligated is in the renounced order of life, and he is the true mystic, not he who lights no fire and performs no duty. Perfect Sannyas or Yoga means to act in Krsna Consciousness. Everyone in this world working for sense gratificaiton. Some so called sannyasis think that to stop working completely is sannyas, but it is refuted by lord here. Such sannyasis not free from selfish motives.

Perfection of Sannyas na dhanaà na janaà na sundaréà
kavitäà vä jagad-éça kämaye mama janmani janmanéçvare bhavatäd bhaktir ahaituké tvayi "O Almighty Lord, I have no desire to accumulate wealth, nor to enjoy beautiful women. Nor do I want any number of followers. What I want only is the causeless mercy of Your devotional service in my life, birth after birth." No desires for worldly wealth, high birth, beautiful women, fame, or the lordship on whole universe. Even no desire for personal liberation from cycle of birth and death. The only desire is to render devotional service to Supreme Lord Sri Krsna. This is perfection of Sannyas.

Text 2 yaà sannyäsam iti prähur yogaà taà viddhi päëòava
na hy asannyasta-saìkalpo yogé bhavati kaçcana What is called renunciation you should know to be the same as yoga, or linking oneself with the Supreme, O son of Päëòu, for one can never become a yogé unless he renounces the desire for sense gratification. A Kåñëa conscious person is simultaneously a sannyäsé and a yogé. One who has no information of the Supreme must therefore be engaged in self-satisfaction, because no one can stand on the platform of inactivity. If one is unable to give up the activities of his selfish nature, then jïäna and yoga are of no avail.

Indra - a vivid example of this.
Indra warned by Brahma to tolerate Vishvarup. Indra with demigods approaching Vishvarup. Praying to Vishvarup. With help of Vishvarup, Indra conquers demons and become powerful.

Indra kills Vishvarup. Indra gains victory over demons.
Vishvarup offers Narayan-Kavaca. Glories of Narayan Kavaca. Vishvarup having soft corner for demons and offering oblations for them as well. Indra finds this and couldn’t tolerate and cuts the three heads of Vishvarup. Indra distributing the sin of killing Vishvarup. To be cont…
