summary: With Alex using his expert tools and Fred as scribe, the HV was turned on for all of CSC except ME1/1   Only a few single channels showed any problems, Alex diagnosed them as regular type problems. After this exercise, Victor turned on the ME1/1 HV, with no problems seen up to 2kV This morning, no turbines were operational in UXC due to things happening over the weekend. By noon, they were turned on by Sylvestre, and checked to be all running for CSC by Armando. After lunch, we will begin attempting to power up the system using the HV expert tool. 13:50 - Using the expert tool, Alex turns on ME-4 to 50 V.  Imon max (uA scale) = 0.1 seen on two chambers, ME-4/1/3 and ME-4/1/12.         LIkely a problem with calibration at low voltage settings.  "Imon min/max"=minimum/maximum current on the channels within this chamber 13:54 -> ME-4 to 1000V, ramp rate=5V/sec, ramp-up trip max=10uA, nominal trip max=1uA.  All OK. 14:13 -> ME-4 to 3600V - all current at leave on 14:35 -> ME-3 to 3600V - OK 14:37 have some chambers on ME-2 that share distribution boards with Me-3 and are on, currents are OK for these 14:58 -> ME-2 to 3600V - OK but -2/2/6 one channel  has curent, but is a known problem     Leave all of -2,3,4 at 3600V 15:22 -> ME+4 to 3600V - OK  15:43 -> ME+3/2 to 3600V - OK 16:10 -> ME+23/1 to 500V -  OK, one channel out of calibration+3/1/03, ch17 below voltage, but current is 0 16:32 -> ME+23/1 to 3600V - +2/2/35 ch 25 tripped, may be a known problem 17:18 -> ME-1/2 to 3600V - OK Now turn on those chambers we know got wet 17:41 -> ME+1/3 to 3600V - OK 17:43 Victor calls he will begin on ME-1/1, 17:58 2kV no trips, 18:00 2.5kV no trips 18: V OK 18:02 -> ME-1/2 to 3600V - OK All of the UFHV is at 3600, Two single channel trips in minus end. -3/2/25, -2/2/35. not leaks 18:10 Victor will begin on the ME+1/1, 2000V OK, 18:30 Turing the UFHV off.  Alex will address some of the single channell problems. 19:00 both the ME+/-1/1 CSC are at nominal (3.0kV) HV. No trips, normal current.

Blue page was disabled, otherwise it would do a power up init each time a pcrate was powered on,  and a power up init would turn on all the chambers for a pcrate.  11:04 Turned on VME-4/1 all three chambers, the first chamber was turned on board by board.  The currents and voltages looked OK with just one CFEB of one CSC on.  Regulation looked ok.  Could also see the status of the single board. Will proceed over station -4 chamber by chamber. 11:07 -4/5 on OK 11:14 -4/2,3,4 pcrates are on, chambers are off, everything looks OK 11:19 all the chambers on ME-4 are on, OK 11:21 CFEB2, -4/1/18 5V current reads 1.25 should read 0.93.  only anomoly seen 11:34 starting -3/1, OK 11:43 start -3/2, OK 11:55 -3/3  OK 12:04 -3/4 OK 12:09 -3/5  OK 12:17 -3/6 OK, NOTE the LV is being left on as we progress, stations -4 and -3 ON and OK 12:51 return from break, start -2/1, -2/2/07 the DMB has a problem, hard reset fixed it. 13:06 -2/1 OK 13:11 -2/2 OK 13:23 -2/3 low current on all ALCTs, tried hard reset and powerup-init - after those current goes to normal and then back to low. Configured TTC - ALCT current back to normal. 13:31 -2/4 OK 13:33 -2/5 OK 13:39 -2/6 OK - station -2 all ON and OK 13:48 -Stations -2 and -3 have been switched on and OK 14:05 Turning On /1/11 DMB firmware bad, tried hard reset and re-download of DMB firmware, not fixed 14:32 +3/3, CFEB4 on 3/1/8 has low current, re-download firmware 14:38 +3/4 OK 14:43 +3/5 3/2/31 CFEB5 has problem 14:53 +3 station finished OK 15:00 +2/1 OK 15:01 +2/2 OK 15:08 +2/3 +2/1/08 CFEB2 current reading low.  seems to be a bad reading of current 15:20 +2/4 OK 15:33 +2/6 2/1/01 CFEB5 (known dead), 2/2/34 CFEB3 low current 15:38 finished + and - Station 2,3 and 4 - problems that are not understood.  Leave +- 1 for tomorrow morning .
