2. Definition of General Imbalance
The Generation Imbalance is a Control Area Service and is applicable to generation when there is a difference between the energy generation and the actual energy generation delivered from that generation during a scheduling period.

3. Facts: ABC generator went off line on 6/19 @ 13:00 due to boiler leak
Sink was adjusting tag when the generator came offline.
First 11:13 which was zeroed out for the remainder of the day
Second 21:54 which adjusted to zero for 6/20

4. Facts (Cont’d)
On 6/21—RTO realized that tag was flowing and had not been adjusted to zero. RTO curtailed tag to 0331 for remainder of day.
Tag flowed for HE
