1 Quick Start Expectations
Fill in planner and HWRS HW: Study Unit Review & Watch Virtual Nerd – Probability Videos On desk: journal, HWRS, pencil, pen Warm Up: A bag of Skittles has 3 cherry, 1 blueberry and 2 grape. A second bag of Skittles has 2 cherry and 3 grape. Build an area model or make a tree diagram to answer: 1. How many Cherry & Grape combinations? 2. How many same flavor combinations?

2 HW - Look over Unit Review and go to Virtual Nerd and explore problems on probability (20 min.)
1. Click on - "Virtual Nerd" on our class website 2. Choose a course - Grades 6-8 3. Choose Probability and Statistics 4. Explore "Finding Outcomes" and "Probability of Independent Events and Area"
