Single Applicant Selection Application Match
From the Quick Menu, select Application Match. Menu item previously called “Application List” has been renamed to “Application Match.”

Application Match Main Panel
The Application Match panel will be displayed.

Application Match All-Society Access
If the user has all-society access, a specific society and development can be selected from the dropdown lists.

Application Match Single Society Access
Housing Providers will be able to select only their own developments.

Application Match Match Criteria
Enter the match criteria, then select Search. Application Search link will take you to the regular Application Search panel. Criteria can include specific unit, bedroom size, household size, profile (set at building level), wheelchair. Can also specify to choose if they want to list anyone in the area, nearby, or chose the specific building. New search orders – can specify what order to have results returned (eg. Date, point score, category, etc). There are also optional filters (eg. Income range) that will narrow down the choices returned. *** ADD SLIDES WITH “select” optional filter dialogs

Application Match Search Results
Search results matching your criteria will be displayed. Health columns do not show up for Housing Providers. Grouping of search results will depend on what was selected in the “Search Order” (previous panel).

Application Match Print Application Match
Select Print Application Match to print a copy of the match results. You can select specific applications or print a specified number.

Application Match Print Application Match
The Application Match report will display as a .pdf which can be saved and printed. Note: These screens are mockups so that is why the report information doesn’t match the Application Match screen underneath it.

Offer Process Select an application
Select an application to make an offer.

Offer Process Prepare Offer
Select Prepare Offer to open the Prepare Offer dialog. Choose a development and unit, enter a comment, then click OK. No change in Prepare Offer process.

Offer Process Offer Pending
The transfer application will change to Offer Pending status. Check for any outstanding tasks. Action choices: Abandon Offer, Make Offer

Offer Process Outstanding Tasks
Select Outstanding Tasks to view the Task History panel.

Offer Process Abandon Offer
Once the file is in Offer Pending, you can either Abandon Offer or Make Offer. If you Abandon, you can elect to exclude the development.

Offer Process Make Offer
The Make Offer dialog has an Offer Expiry Date and an Expected Tenancy Start Date. Select OK to make the offer.

Offer Process Offer Pending
The transfer is still Offer Pending. However, the action choices have changed to Accept Offer and Refuse Offer. Action choices: Accept Offer, Refuse Offer

Offer Process Refuse Offer
If the offer is refused, a reason is selected from a dropdown list. The list identifies whether or not the offer is counted as an “official” offer or not. Official offer For example: If the applicant says that the area is unsuitable then the offer is counted as an official offer. If the applicant declines due to a health reason, then the offer is not counted.

Offer Process Accept Offer
If the offer is accepted, enter the Tenancy Start Date. Select OK to accept.

Offer Process Accept Offer - Tenant
The transfer file will change to Tenant status. Links to the tenancy will be displayed on the Summary panel. Action choice: Reverse Offer

Offer Process Reverse Offer
Select Reverse Offer to open the Reverse Accepted Offer dialog.

Offer Process Accept Offer - Tenant
Select View Housed Tenancy or View Tenancy to navigate to the new tenancy panel. View (Originating) Tenancy navigates to the tenancy that the tenant moved from.

Offer Process New Tenancy
The new Tenancy Summary panel will be displayed. The New Tenant rent review will be Waiting for Entry.

Offers Panel The Offers panel will show any offers, and whether they were accepted, refused, or reversed.

Task History Panel The Task History panel shows the tasks associated with the application, as well as due dates and resolution details (status, date, & user).
