When you are done with all your hard work at the universal training, you will work on rolling it out.
All participants are important – think about how important it is for everybody to be aware and participate. Ask audience why it is important for everyone to participate?

14. Post Implementation: Complete post-implementation evaluation
When score shows fidelity, move to targeted level of PBIS
Your coach or TA will come administer the post implementation SET. Some schools, even when they achieve fidelity will choose to continue working on implementation of the Unviersal level
