I think this will be the biggest challenge. Both in terms of Service Delivery Wild land fires Heavy rainfall – flooding Carlisle/York New internal challenges Carbon budgets Energy Saving Sources of Power Reducing carbon footprint If we are about protecting our communities then climate change makes us think of our communities on a global scale.
