On this slide you can see the organisation structure. The PRI Board of Directors is at the top and essentially has legal and financial responsibility for the organisation as a whole. It is the responsibility of the Board to provide the vision for the organisation and set policies that support it.

2. The PRI Board of Directors constituents are representatives from the global aerospace industry. The representation is roughly proportionate with the percentage of Nadcap audits done in those regions.
