6 Conclusions We discovered that the average dropout in PA from is.. A 12th grade Hispanic male from a charter school that is located in an urban area who dropped out because he disliked his institution Data Highlights Charter Schools had a significantly higher dropout rate than public schools (4.08% vs 1.52%) 33.07% of dropouts left school during their senior year Urban counties had higher dropout rates, with the two highest rates in the areas of Philadelphia + Pittsburgh
