2. Rationale: I will be the new Technology Integration Teacher at Chadwick ES for the school year. My school plan will provide a flexible guideline for presenting topics and resources that support the effective use of UDL principles.

3. August 2013
Conduct a Teacher Needs Assessment (TNA) via Survey Monkey. This will provide baseline data for conducting school-wide, grade-specific, and/or individual PD. I will work with the school’s administration and the School Progress Team (SPT) to determine when the information will be delivered, most likely once a month during a faculty meeting. Other opportunities include on-site teacher PD days.
