4. Post Coop Deliverables
Coop student is responsible for making sure his coop supervisor has already sent Company Evaluation Reports 1 and 2 to his academic department.
Coop students must submit the final draft for their coop final report by week 4 for revision and approval by their advisors.
A final coop report should be submitted by week 9 to be presented to the coop presentation committee during the weeks of 12 – 14.

6. 1.0 % point deduction per day (For each deliverable)
Late Submission Policy
Late submission of the COOP deliverables is NOT ACCEPTABLE and will result in deduction of marks from the student’s final grade. Hence, any delay in the submission of the three Progress Reports, and COOP Final Report will lower your COOP grade according to the following formula:
1.0 % point deduction per day (For each deliverable)

8. Missing Coop Days
The Department of Training and Employment has listed the 28 weeks of coop to be from July 02, 2017 until Jan 18, 2018.
Everyone should submit a proof of coop start date (Contact Form or a letter from the company), otherwise will be counted as a late starter.
All missing days will be compensated by working for 15 hours in the Finance lab as lab assistants.

12. Final Report
Final report should be brief and focused. Don’t bore readers with information they already know or summaries of every little detail. At the same time, you don’t want to skip key points or write over their heads by ignoring important definitions. A report is not the place to impress your audience with all the facts you can cram in—pare down to what is most important to your particular readers. Separate “need to know” from “nice to know.”
