The differentially expressed miRNAs and their isomiRNAs are shown in A (leaf vs. flower), B (leaf vs. boll), and C (flower vs. boll). Red and blue dots indicated sequences that are significantly changed with FDR p-value of < and 0.05, respectively, while the light green dots represent mostly low abundance sequences that are not significantly differentially expressed or higher abundance sequences that are not differentially expressed in the tissue comparisons being made.
