What? What is clinical supervision? (or what would we like it to be?)
Quick show of hands to gauge experience in the room. Facilitate discussion about what we want it to be- Potential time for groups of three then feedback- Valued, protected, feel supported, be heard, listened to, learn, develop, a safe place, affirming, explore, reflective, challenge.....formal, structured, supportive, confidential. FISHBOWL exercise. Potential-listening exercise- depending on size of group- split into pairs. One of each pair to talk, one to listen for 1 minute

What do you want to get from Clinical Supervision? What difference might it make to your practice? How can clinical supervision benefit and support staff?
