purpose What are they for? 10 minute brainstorm Identity of channel - Important as there are so many channels Branding – to clearly brand the channel and identify it from others Marketing – to sell the channel to us the viewers Re-branding or Re- packaging of channel – keep up to date Break up scheduling – to segment the scheduling – to allow continuity announcements
