2 Possible Ice-breakers
Small group in circle, hold hands in knot then unravel Collect fears on piece of paper anonymously then a group members reads one out seeking to empathise with how they might feel Divide group into 3-5 people and get then to find 10 things you all have in common Describe the “Corporate Personality” of your church

6 What does a team-builder do?
Be sincerely dedicated to the welfare of the group. Be willing to sacrifice personally for the group. Take a real interest in what goes on in the group and their ministry. Give the group a sense of direction by seeing where they are coming from. Give credit to others and not worry about recognition or credit for themselves. Work to raise the status of other people and find ways of making them feel important. Build cohesiveness by talking team. Celebrate every victory. Create a narrative history, which will help people to be part of the identity of that group.
