Four halls scheduled to receive beam – will be a challenge
Gun2 is running splendidly
Allocate one week to finalize laser setup: 4 250MHz, co-aligned, A/C lenses to 5-axis mount?, chiller?
Installing the EGUP
”200kV” gun operating w/o 130kV, but signs of FE emission onset near 200kV
Base pressure of gun likely not yet realized
Proposed Plan for the Fall – Commission both guns at UITF, choose best candidate for CEBAF

Re-bake gun w/ with typical NEG activation process
HV condition ”200kV” gun to higher voltage (Spellman kV, Glassman > 225kV w/ R30-R28 SF6 tank)

Complete laser/beam line to first pcup

Complete NEG BPM line
Define a plan for CEBAF EGUP HVPS to support 200kV gun + future headroom, e.g. Glassman PS (>300kV)
