Request a permanent SSS entry from the USPS Information Technology Committee (ITCom).

Update your official squadron URL in the Information Center

Communicate with your district and other squadrons to have your internet address updated to the network address (URL)
As a recommended option, obtain a Domain Name for your squadron.
Several services are available such as
