Our Greater China Office, with operations in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taipei, is looking for bright, creative people with exceptional intellectual ability and character to join our 2007 Summer Business Analyst (BA) Program in Beijing and Shanghai.
The 6-8 week program, which will be held in July and August, 2007, is designed to give successful applicant an insight into life at McKinsey, and an opportunity to interact with our people by working full-time with our teams on client projects. A Summer BA will participate in McKinsey training workshops, enjoy a complementary subscription to the McKinsey Quarterly, and attend related professional and social events.
Successful completion of the Summer BA program may lead to an offer of a permanent full time Business Analyst role at McKinsey.

3rd year undergraduate student, or 1st and 2nd year graduate student from a top university with an outstanding academic record
Demonstrated interest in initial exposure and further development in a management consulting career
Had related part- time work experience with leading multinational or local companies
Demonstrated leadership ability
An excellent communicator in both English and Chinese
