Request for 50% funding ($ ) for College computer teaching classroom update
Classroom initially created in 2001 with “smart-classroom” technology
Classroom is heavily utilized for all college instruction
Classroom is reserved through the CAS-IT office
All classroom technology is maintained with College Charges for Technology funds

6. The college purchased an Echo360 appliance in the late summer
Classroom services identified several items that needed updating or purchase
Replace existing Polycomm system
Replace existing controls with Crestron
Add document camera
Replace lectern
Etc.

8. Classroom Services (Doug Satterfield) provided and estimate
College Charges for Technology has already approved 50% funding on the condition that we present this proposal to UTFAB
The college is prepared to contact facilities immediately once funding is secured
