New feature: Bern Convention export
Was requested by several MS Exports to the 5 tables in Bern Report Experimental Please test and provide feedback Only works if the standard values are provided for matching with Bern equivalents: Permitted Activities, Permitted Methods, Reasons for Granting Licence Works only if the species Scientific Name is provided for matching with Bern listings.

Species names : please use as much as possible species from lists provided please use the Scientific Name Free-text should be the exception Consequences: Analysis very difficult Some features will not work (Bern export)
