Load volume – choose the CT-brain window preset

1. Select CT volume as an input volume
2. Select “Create New Volume” in ROI selection list
The ROI subvolume will appear on the MainViewer window.
The size and position of ROI are controlled by dragging color anchors

2) Click Do ROI resampling
