Advocacy creates the key messages to specific and relevant questions analysis (Shadow report I., II. – about the poverty in Slovakia) organizes the press conferences (publications - Shadow report, Better life of the children in EU) produces the printed releases, comments active participates on the meetings, conferences – on the topic about OMC, SI, social policy, elimination of the poverty ... organizes events – reduction of the poverty, participation the PEP

lobbing and advocacy strategies
towards government, national parliament, other competent subjects we have only mission, vision (on our charter) particularly it was with SAV – research level folk research (Market basket)

it is the process based on the networking: ngos people from the ground media EU MEP state employees (former state employees) connects different groups (to empower the voice of the PEP)

statutes and rules are in compliance with EAPN regularly organise the GA democratic process (who wants, who is active, who wants to help, who wants the social change...) process – from the bottom up : from above new members presents themselves old members inform new members about the process, mission, vision, activities of the network

voluntary activities (any employees) competences as a voluntary (etics, maturity man, ...) annual report, minutes (disseminate – e-form, print) webside – materials (e.g. publications) transparency (open, character) reports on the GA

strategic planning strategic plan – long-term (no), short-term (yearly) vision, mission – yes implementation - Financial resources (personal, operating...) evaluation – not on the document addaptation of the EAPN Strategic plan, EU documents – into the activities of the SAPN

financial resources financial resources from EAPN (we does not receive the full amount) fundrising (FES,...) – missing the capacity and strategy - opportunities – projects, non public resources financial report – to EAPN transparency – according the EAPN conditions
