2. Create a Discussion Select a Class
Select Discussions from the left sidebar
Click the New Discussion button

3. New Discussion Enter Date Enter A Title Enter the Description
Attach a file if you want
Choose specific students (defaults to all students)
Show in the calendar
Add to other classes
Save!!

4. Want to allow students to add discussions topics?
Select a Class
Click Discussions in the left sidebar
Click Change Settings
Make any changes to these settings and click Submit

5. Edit or Remove a Discussion
Select a Class Click Discussion in the left sidebar Hover over the gear to the right of the discussion and click Edit or Remove

6. View a discussion Select a Class
Select Discussions from the left sidebar
Click on the name of the discussion topic
View student posts

7. Moderate a discussion Respond to a post (everyone can see this!)
Select a Class
Select Discussions from the left sidebar
Click on the name of the discussion topic
Respond to a post (everyone can see this!)
Delete a post
